Nigerian woman, Lister Mathew Osas, has shared a cheering update on her missing siblings.
In a video she shared online this morning, Lister said her mum’s three children who went missing over 30 years ago have been found and have reconnected with her mum.
Two days ago, Lister came online to appeal to the public to help her mother locate her missing siblings who were allegedly taken away by their Cameroonian father in Kaduna more than 30 years ago.
In an emotional video shared on Instagram, Osas said her mother, a native of Cross River State, has lived with the pain of losing her children for three decades and has refused to leave Kaduna in the hope that they would one day return. Read here.
In the update shared on social media this morning, Lister said she has been able to reunite with her missing siblings. She said her mum’s joy knows no bounds.
‘’ I was able to connect with them yesterday; I was on a call for two to three hours. The best thing is that it didn’t feel like I was talking to strangers. It feels like we were searching for each other. For the longest time, I have been an only child. Knowing that I have sisters and a brother, it feels like I am in a trance. I like this. My mum has 11 grandchildren.
God is so faithful, Guys! God has answered our prayers” she said while tearing up
