Nigerian carrier, ValueJet, has received the Most Passenger-Friendly Domestic Airline Award, which reflects its commitment to delivering a seamless travel experience, with a strong emphasis on comfort, reliability, affordability and service quality across its expanding domestic and regional network.

The airline got the recognition at the 15th edition of the Nigeria Aviation, NIGAV, Awards, reinforcing its growing reputation for customer-focused service and operational excellence within Nigeria’s aviation industry.

Speaking on the achievement, the Managing Director and Accountable Officer of ValueJet, Captain Omololu Majekodunmi, described the award as a validation of the airline’s customer-first philosophy.

Majekodunmi said: “This recognition is a strong affirmation of our commitment to putting passengers at the centre of everything we do. At ValueJet, we continuously strive to improve the travel experience by ensuring safety, reliability, and service excellence at every touchpoint. This award encourages us to keep raising the bar.”
