One direction alum Zayn Malik is rushed to hospital over mystery illness

British singer, Zayn Malik has revealed that he’s been hospitalized, on the day that his new album, Konnakol, was released.

The 33-year-old singer shared a picture of himself lying in a hospital bed on Friday on his Instagram Story. While he thanked his fans and doctors for their support, he didn’t share further details about his health.

“To my fans – Thank you to all of you for your love & support now & always. Been a long week and am still unexpectedly recovering,” the One Direction alum wrote. “Heartbroken that I can’t see you all this week, I wouldn’t be in the place I am today without you guys and am so thankful for your understanding.”

“Thank you to all the incredible hospital staff of Drs, nurses, cardiologist, management, admin, and everyone who had helped along the way and continue to. You are all legends!”
