ADC dismisses Mustapha’s appeal, uphold disqualification from Taraba North primary
The Africa Democratic Congress, ADC, has affirmed the disqualification of Barrister Mohammad Bello Mustapha from participating in the Taraba North primary election.
This was contained in a press statement signed by the Secretary of the Screening Appeal Committee, Group Captain Sule Gani (Rtd).
According to the statement, Mohammad Bello Mustapha’s appeal was dismissed after a review by the committee, thereby upholding his disqualification from participating in the forthcoming elections under the party.
The statement added that detailed findings and reasons for the disqualification are contained in the committee’s official report, which will be made available to the aspirant at the party’s office in Jalingo.
The party, however, commended the aspirant for his interest in serving the people of Taraba North and for participating in the party’s democratic process.
