ADC presidential ticket: Join me to save Nigeria’s democracy – Atiku begs Amaechi, Hayatu-Deen

The 2027 presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Atiku Abubakar, has appealed to Rotimi Amaechi and Mohammed Hayatu-Deen to join him in the fight to save Nigeria’s democracy.
Atiku defeated Amaechi and Hayatu-Deen with 1,846, 370 votes in the just-concluded ADC’s primary election.
Delivering his acceptance speech in Abuja, Atiku urged all those who lost in the primary election across Nigeria to close ranks with the winners.
According to Atiku, there are no winners or losers.
He said: “I Atiku Abubakar, therefore, appeal to all those who feel aggrieved to return back to our party.
“I appeal to all those who contested for various positions in our primaries to close ranks with us.
“In particular, I invite Rotimi Amaechi and Mohammed Hayatu-Deen to join me in this fight to save our democracy and our country.
“As I said previously that there are no winners and no losers, our people look up for leadership and I’m ready to lead.”
