Mother-of-three k!lled by husband in botched murd£r-su!cide

A Pennsylvania mother of three was allegedly shot de@d by her husband before he turned the gun on himself.  Taryn Morgan, 45, of Halifax, was found murdred in her Carsonville Road home with gunshot wounds around 2pm on May 21.   Morgan was determined to have been allegedly shot during a “domestic altercation” with her husband, Dennis Morgan, police said.  The 46-year-old father was also found with alleged self-inflicted gunshot wounds and was transported to the hospital. No update on his condition has been made and it is unclear if he has been charged. It is also unclear what started the dispute.  Morgan leaves behind her three children: Morgan and Carter Imhof and Kimber Morgan.   Her daughter Morgan paid tribute to her mother in a heartbreaking post on Facebook which read: “I love you, mommy.”  A GoFundMe has also been started for the children.   “Taryn was a devoted mother, a great teacher, a business owner, and a loving daughter,” the fundraiser, which has garnered nearly $26,000 of its $35,000 goal, said.  “She would do anything for others, always putting the needs of her family, friends, and community before her own. Her sudden loss has left a void in the hearts of her loved ones and everyone who knew her.” Morgan taught agriculture at the Upper Dauphin Area Future Farmers of America (FAA) & Agriculture Program in the school district.  “Mrs. Morgan was more than an educator. She was a mentor, a role model, and a constant source of passion and positivity for so many students and community members,” the organization wrote in tribute.  “Her love for agriculture and her dedication to her students left a lasting impact that will never be forgotten.” The organization hosted a plant sale on Saturday, May 23, to honor the mother-of-three’s work. The greenhouse was emptied by community members who came to honor her. “She loved her family more than anything and somehow balanced it all while still making every single person feel seen and valued. She remembered names, faces, stories. She remembered people,” a statement on their behalf said.  “Her time with our program may have been short, but her impact will last forever.” Morgan taught as an educator for more than 20 years, and she loved to read, bake and landscape, the Upper Dauphin Area School District wrote in a post in November.  Morgan and her husband also owned the Carsonville Hotel, which often hosts live music.  In 2020, Dennis was diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma, a rare type of cancer that affects the body’s soft tissues. In early 2021, he was declared cancer-free.  The post Mother-of-three k!lled by husband in botched murdr-su!cide appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
