New York Knicks end 27-year wait, reach first NBA finals

The New York Knicks completed a dominant 4-0 sweep of the Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference Finals on Monday night, defeating them 130-93 in Game 4 to reach the NBA Finals for the first time in 27 years.

According to NBCNEWS, the Knicks, entered the series as the No. 3 seed, overwhelmed the fourth-seeded Cavaliers with relentless defence, balanced scoring and clutch performances.
