NFSS officer alleges that police officers in Delta say they cannot wear red berets due to confraternities

A Nigeria Forest Security officer has alleged that some officers of the Nigeria Police force Umutu Division, Delta state, stated that NFSS officers cannot wear red berets because it’s the same colour used by confraternities.
