Old man recounts horrors of recent attacks on different schools in Ogbomosho, says children, teachers and baby were taken by gunmen camouflaged as soldiers

A man has shared a disturbing account of the recent attack on a school in Ogbomosho, alleging that armed men dressed like soldiers stormed the premises and began shooting.

According to him, the attackers entered the school and chaos broke out as children reportedly tried to escape through windows but lacked the strength to get out before many were taken away.

He claimed several young children were abducted, including his son’s wife, a teacher at the school, and her baby, alleging she was the woman seen in the circulating video carrying a child and crying.

When asked about the now-viral footage from the incident, the man said he did not know how the video was recorded or released.

He also stated that while such incidents had happened before in the area, they were never on this scale, claiming that unlike previous cases involving one or two people, this time about 46 persons, including children, were allegedly taken.
