Transfer: Man Utd take final decision on Bruno Fernandes
Manchester United have finally ruled out any possibility of selling their captain, Bruno Fernandes, amid reported interest from Saudi Arabia and European clubs.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils have started talks to keep the Portugal midfielder at Old Trafford beyond this summer despite a £57m release clause in his contract.
Initial discussions between both parties took place recently to continue with Fernandes despite.
Man United absolutely wants the 31-year-old to stay at the club beyond this summer.
Fernandes’ current contract with Man United will expire in June 2027.
He joined the Premier League club from Sporting CP a few years ago.
Fernandes won the Premier League Player of the 2025/26 season.
