Forget about body count. Sometimes it’s better to marry a lady who has gone into the world and experienced life than to marry one who hasn’t- Nigerian doctor’s advice to men sparks debate online

A Nigerian doctor based in Canada has sparked off a debate online over his position on ‘’body count” and the possibility of it affecting a person in future.

In a video shared online, Dr Zo said a Nigerian man who is also based abroad reached out to him, saying he intends to call off his engagement after he discovered that his fiancée had slept with two other men he knew back in Nigeria.

He said the man felt this was a slap on his ego as a man and wants to call off his wedding to the said woman.

Responding to the man, Dr Zo said 

‘’I told him, if I, Dr Zo, were a woman, I would not have been married by anybody based on my body count from my University days. 

Sometimes, you are better off getting married to people who have ‘’gone round” a bit and have had experiences with life than those without any experience whatsoever.

I told him, if you think she is good, the mum is good to the dad, go ahead and marry her. You will be surprised how that girl will turn out to be”
