‘My father is alive’ – Daughter halts ex-gov Uduaghan’s death rumour

Orode Uduaghan, the daughter of Emmanuel Uduaghan, former governor of Delta state, has dismissed reports claiming that her father is dead.
Reacting to the viral reports, Orode took to her Facebook page to set the record straight, insisting that the former governor is alive.
“My Father is still Alive,” she wrote in a brief post aimed at countering the rumours circulating on social media.
The clarification comes amid growing concern and speculation following reports that falsely announced the death of the former Delta State governor.
The family has not provided further details, but Orode’s statement has effectively debunked the claims and reassured supporters, associates and members of the public.
Uduaghan served as Governor of Delta State from 2007 to 2015 and remains a prominent figure in the state’s political landscape.
