Netizen claims newly wedded woman declared missing in Abuja left her matrimonial home after discovering her husband has two children with different women

A newly married Nigerian woman who was declared missing by her family in Abuja has spoken out from hiding, claiming she found out her husband has two children with different women.

The family from Mbabum community in Ukum Local Government Area of Benue State had appealed to members of the public for assistance in locating after she allegedly left her matrimonial home in Abuja.
According to a statement attributed to a family representative, Hon. Goshi Peter, the woman, who got married to Goshi Bem, in March 2026, left her husband’s house about two weeks ago and has not returned.
In an update on Saturday, June 6, 2026, a Facebook user, Tyom Alexander disclosed that she spoke to the ‘missing’ lady.
According to Alexander, the lady claimed that she left her husband’s house after she discovered he has two children with different women.
And claimed the lady further warned her husband not to bother looking for her.
“I have been able to speak with this woman through the phone number provided by the whistle blower,” she wrote.
“She said her husband didn’t tell her that he had children before their marriage. She only got to discover it when they packed to Abuja.
“The first child is 5 years while the second child is 2 years, all from different mothers.
“According to her, the man should not bother looking for her that she is doing fine in Abuja.
“If this is true, then the man has disappointed me. I wait to hear the man’s side of the story.”
