Registration for 1xCup is in full swing: Submit your application before June 19!

100 ambitious teams, passionate fan support, and genuine excitement. That is the 1xCup, Nigeria’s largest tournament for local young talent, which is once again opening its doors to all football lovers. Registration has already begun and will run until June 19, so teams should hurry and submit their applications!
1xCup blurs the line between street and elite football, giving talented athletes a chance to showcase their skills and attract scouts’ attention. Over 30 players who stood out in previous competitions have signed professional contracts with clubs from Nigeria, Bulgaria, Norway, Albania, and other countries.
In addition to football glory, the 1xCup offers the opportunity to compete for generous cash prizes. The tournament organizer, betting brand 1xBet, has prepared an impressive N20,000,000 prize pool:
- Champions – N10,000,000
- Runners-up – N5,000,000
- Third place – N3,000,000
Players will also receive individual awards:
- MVP – N300,000
- Top scorer – N300,000
- Best coach – N300,000
- Best goalkeeper – N250,000
- Team of the tournament – N300,000
- Highlight of the tournament – N250,000
- Best Team Goal – N300,000.
334 teams have already submitted their applications for the 1xCup. The final list of 100 participants will be announced on July 7.
The tournament kicks off on July 23 and runs until mid-autumn, with the grand final scheduled for October 31. All matches are scheduled to be played at Inspire Sports academy Arena in Oshodi. The players will perform in front of thousands of fans, while highlights of their best moments will spread across social media platforms.
