Sokoto Governor Appoints New Special Advisers and Permanent Secretaries

Sokoto State Governor Ahmed Aliyu has approved the appointment of six Special Advisers, three Senior Special Assistants, four Permanent Secretaries, and an Acting Permanent Secretary.
The appointments were announced in a statement issued by the Director General, Media and Publicity, Government House Sokoto, Abubakar Bawa.
According to the statement, the newly appointed Special Advisers are Garba Muhammad S/Birni, Mukhtari Bello Abdurrahman, Shi’itu M. Bello, Alhaji Tukur Sanyinna, Alhaji Abdullahi Jabo, and Mamman Aliyu Salisu.
The governor also appointed Jummai Bello Kware, Nana Mamman Nasarawa, and Hon. Emmanuel Ekereke as Senior Special Assistants.
Buhari Umar, Abdullahi B. Muhammad, Musa Muhammad, and Jibril Sa’adu were named as Permanent Secretaries, while Aliyu Magaji was appointed Acting Permanent Secretary.
All appointments take immediate effect.
