Transfer: Newcastle rival Brighton for Nigerian youngster

Newcastle United have joined Brighton & Hove Albion in the race to sign highly-rated AIK youngster Zadok Yohanna, DAILY POST reports.
Brighton emerged favourites to sign the Nigerian after submitting a €23m bid last weekend.
However, Newcastle United have now tabled a bid worth €24 million for the youngster.
According to reports, AIK are now negotiating with both Brighton and Newcastle over a deal for Yohanna.
The winger has made a big impact in the Swedish top-flight this season after breaking into the first team.
The 18-year-old has scored two goals and registered three assists in seven league appearances for AIK.
He was signed from Ikon Allah Football Academy in Nigeria last year.
