VIDEO: Outrage as trailers drive on road median in Port Harcourt

Residents have expressed their displeasure after trailers were seen driving on a road median in Port Harcourt in an attempt to bypass traffic.
The incident was captured in a video shared on X on Saturday, showing two trailers moving on the median as a man expressed shock over the situation.
In the video, the man questioned the actions of the drivers, describing the situation as “madness.”
The video has since sparked reactions on X, with users raising concerns over road safety and traffic law enforcement.
A user identified on X as #JennyEnya wrote, “Only in a lawless country! This is not the first time he’s doing it.”
Another user, #RadicalDuke, said, “The law enforcement should act immediately; this is a threat to the safety of people using the road.”
Reacting to the video, #callmeuchman wrote, “Nigerians can never abide by any law. They can never obey any law. You can imagine a trailer driving through this kind of place.”
#AO_Valentine also criticised law enforcement officials, writing, “Road safety are nowhere to be found, but they can do roadblocks on the road looking for customers that will fill their pockets.”
