Iran warns it will destroy every infrastructure in the Middle East if US targets its infrastructure

Iran has issued a stark warning that any American strike on its domestic assets will trigger the wholesale destruction of infrastructure across the Middle East, according to reports from the Fars News Agency.
Ebrahim Zolfaghari, speaking on behalf of Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, made the country’s position clear by stating, “Destroy infrastructure, we will destroy whatever infrastructure remains in the region.”
The military spokesman further emphasized that Tehran “would under no circumstances allow the US, as a foreign and extra-regional country, to interfere in the Strait of Hormuz.” He made it clear that “This is Iran’s unbreakable red line,” warning that any outside meddling in the vital maritime passage would not be tolerated.
According to Zolfaghari, Iran does not plan to limit its reaction to a simple eye-for-an-eye retaliation. Instead, he promised a “superior blow,” warning that their response to any aggression would be “more severe, wider and more destructive than ever.”
These aggressive declarations come during a period of intense friction between Washington and Tehran over maritime control in the region. Despite a recently established memorandum of understanding brokered by Pakistan to de-escalate the situation and pave the way for a lasting peace agreement, both nations have continued to trade military strikes.
