Mutfwang Declares Strong Support for Tinubu Says Plateau Will Benefit From Federal Projects

Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State said on Thursday that the state fully supports President Bola Tinubu.

Mutfwang stated that Tinubu is committed to helping Plateau State improve.

Speaking at the inauguration of the Baban Lamba-Sharam road, the governor stated that Tinubu is set to turn around Nigerians’ fortunes.

He stated: “For us in the Plateau, it’s Tinubu or nothing; we have a president that cares about the Plateau and the Middle Belt.

We have found a president who actually has no other objective than to assist us become better than we are now.

“A president who is committed to turn around this country’s fortunes, and I can witness to the fact that his determination is unparalleled.

I understand that problems abound, but I want you to know that by the grace of God, brighter days are ahead.

“Plateau will grow more than it is now, and Nigeria will be greater than it is now.

If the president has been so good to us, we should thank him with kindness and appreciation for what he has done, and I feel we should not ask anyone during election season.

“Let us stay united, committed, watchful, active, and productive, as we have been known.

I know our young people and women are not indolent, therefore we shall see the Lord’s goodness in the land of the living this year.

The governor also informed farmers in the state that they would receive fertiliser to increase food production in the state.

He stated: “Some of you have already received fertilisers, but more are on the way; this year we will farm to feed ourselves and the nation.

As a result, I’d like to challenge all of us to band together and be our brother’s keeper.

The governor advised locals to pray for him and the All Progressives Congress, APC, National Chairman, Nentawe Yilwatda, in order for them to attract federal presence to the state.

“As you continue to pray, pray for Nantawe and myself, I can tell you that more dividends will come from Abuja,” he added.
