NNL: Wikki Tourists promote 10 players to first team

Wikki Tourists have promoted 10 players to its senior team for the 2026-27 Nigeria National League, NNL, season.
Five players were promoted from the club’s Feeders team and five were selected from football academies across the state.
The club chairman Salmanu Abubakar said selections were made strictly on merit after comprehensive technical assessments by the club’s technical crew.
Abubakar also.reaffirms the club’s responsibility to create pathways for young footballers in the state.
“Wikki Tourists FC belongs to the people of Bauchi State, and it is our responsibility to provide a genuine pathway for our talented young players,” Abubakar said in a statement.
“Every player promoted earned this opportunity on merit.”
Wikki Tourists called on supporters and football lovers in Bauchi to welcome the promoted players as they begin a new chapter.
