Singer Timi Dakolo responds to allegations made by DJ Timmy who claims he owes him money and engages in s£xcapades while married

Timi Dakolo has responded after a DJ known as Baddest DJ Timmy made some allegations against him.
DJ Timmy claimed Timmy owes him £4,106 and has refused to pay back. He shared an invoice backing his claim.
He also warned the Nigerian singer that if he doesn’t pay up, he would expose all his s£xcapades and Lagos activities to his wife who is in the UK with their kids (read here).
Responding via a statement from his lawyers, Timi explained that he does not owe DJ Timmy any money.
According to the statement from Timi’s lawyers, Timi and Revolve Entertainment and its representative; Mr.,
Otis Ayodele Kubeyinje, popularly known as”Baddest DJ Timmy”, “entered into a written Performance Agreement for the proposed UK tour.
“Under that Agreement, Revolve Entertainment, as Promoter, expressly assumed responsibility for, amongst other things, securing venues, providing sound, lighting and technical production, arranging local production, and bearing visa-related costs, flights, acommodation and transportation.
“The Agreement further provided that such expenses were non-recoupable and were to be borne entirely by the Promoter.”
The statement adds that the tour ended up not taking place due to faults from DJ Timmy and his event company.
The statement reads: “Unfortunately, the proposed tour never proceeded because Revolve Entertainment failed to satisfy fundamental production requirements, particularly in respect of sound, lighting and technical production, which were contractual obligations resting solely upon the Promoter. The technical arrangements proposed fell materially below the professional standard required for a live performance by our client and his band. As a result, the tour could not proceed as at that principal period.
“Accordingly, Our Client bears no contractual or legal responsibility for expenses which the Promoter voluntarily incurred, particularly where such expenses were expressly allocated to the Promoter under the Agreement or were incurred without the approvals required by the Agreement.
“A tour our client never announced because the duty to crystalize such announcement had not been fulfilled by the Company.”
Lawyers for Timi warned DJ Timmy against making defamatory statements against Timi Dakolo and demanded that he removes every defamatory publication, publishes a retraction, issues an apology, and refrains from further tarnishing Dakolo’s image.
They warned that they would go to court if the above demands are not met.
