‘Incredibly disturbing’ Trump images shock analyst as golf outing sparks health concerns

Images of President Donald Trump at one of his golf clubs over the weekend shocked a political analyst and raised fresh health concerns.

Trump was photographed at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, where the Saudi-backed LIV Golf league held its LIV Golf New York event last weekend. Several photographs showed Trump with bruising on his hand, and at one point, he seemed to labor as he went from one golf cart to another.

David Pakman, host of “The David Pakman Show” on YouTube, reacted to the images in a new video on Monday.

“As disgusting and dilapidated as these images are, and they’re very disgusting … These images are nothing compared to what they represent about Trump’s presidency,” Pakman said.

What surprised Pakman most about the image wasn’t that it showed Trump’s awkwardly bowed legs, or that the president seemed to have a hard time getting around. Instead, the most disturbing part was that it was another day that Trump spent golfing while the country underwent significant economic turmoil because of his war against Iran.

According to the Trump Golf Tracker, the president has spent about 22% of his second administration on the golf course, which has cost taxpayers around $175 million.

Pakman pointed to the latest job numbers that showed the U.S. economy lost 23,000 jobs last month, and that a growing number of people are leaving the workforce altogether. Credit card balances have also increased because consumers are buying necessities with debt, which only exacerbates the cost-of-living crisis many households are facing, Pakman argued.

“So, now I’m paying interest on multiple months, and I got to stay in a job I hate because there might not be another good job available, or I’ll lose health care if I leave, and Trump is golfing,” Pakman said.
