A Nigerian woman has shared an account of a heated argument between her neighbour and his girlfriend.
According to her, the couple started fighting at about 3 a.m. and continued arguing for several hours.
She said she repeatedly heard the man asking his girlfriend, “After everything I’ve done for you, this is what I deserve?”
The girlfriend reportedly responded, “What exactly did you do for me that’s so special?”
The situation allegedly became more serious after the compound gate was opened in the morning.
The narrator said the woman rushed out of the compound while her boyfriend followed her.
He allegedly caught up with her, took her phone and bag, removed her wig and prevented her from leaving.
The incident attracted the attention of some men outside the compound. The girlfriend reportedly began screaming before kneeling to beg.
The men reportedly asked the boyfriend, “Are they your property, or should we release the dog for you?”
According to the narrator, the man removed the SIM card from the phone and threw it on the ground.
He then allegedly gave his girlfriend ₦1,000 for transportation, but she refused to accept the money.
The man reportedly returned to his apartment and locked the door after the confrontation.
The narrator did not reveal what caused the argument or what happened between the couple before the fight began.
She also did not disclose their identities. The account remains her version of what she reportedly witnessed and heard.
