Man compares differing reactions of Nigerian and white female friends after asking if they had eaten

A Nigerian man has shared a video documenting the differing reactions he received from his Nigerian and foreign female friends during video calls.

In the clip, the young man placed calls to several of his Nigerian female friends to ask if they had eaten. Each friend responded that she had not, with some asking if he intended to purchase food for them. The man immediately disconnected the calls following their responses.

In contrast, when he placed a call to a white female friend, she stated that she had already eaten and asked if he had done the same. Upon learning that he had not, she offered to buy food and have it delivered to him.

The video divided opinions online, with many men claiming it reflects financial dependency among Nigerian women, while women refuted the generalization.
