Okpebholo Appoints Omobude Special Adviser on Human Capital Development

BENIN CITY — Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved the appointment of Rev. Frank Omobude as Special Adviser II on Human Capital Development.
The Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Umar Musa Ikhilor, announced the appointment in a statement, saying it takes immediate effect.
Until his appointment, Omobude served as Chairman of the Edo State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board, where he contributed to the administration of the board and coordination of Christian pilgrimage activities in the state.
According to the state government, the appointment is part of efforts by the Okpebholo administration to strengthen its human capital development agenda by leveraging the experience and expertise of professionals in the service of the state.
The government expressed confidence that Omobude’s experience would contribute to the implementation of initiatives aimed at developing the state’s human resources and advancing the administration’s development agenda.
