Osun 2026: 146 suspected thugs allegedly nabbed in Assembly member’s house + Video, photo
No fewer than 146 suspected thugs have been arrested by the police in the house of a member of Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Abiola Ibrahim, ahead of the governorship election in the state.
The arrest was reported to have taken place in the Ikire area of the state in the house of the representative of Irewole-Isokan Constituency.
The house was said to be occupied by the father of the lawmaker.
They were reportedly arrested with Permanent Voter Cards.
During interrogation, police sources said, Ibrahim reportedly told policemen they were registered voters in the area, adding that some of them stayed outside the constituency.
