South-West APC youths thank Oluremi Tinubu over bus donation

The South-West Zonal Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adesuyi Daramola, has expressed appreciation to Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, for her support and commitment to youth empowerment following the presentation of a brand-new Toyota VIP Hiace bus to the party’s youth leadership structure across the country.

Daramola described the gesture as a demonstration of the First Lady’s passion for youth development and inclusiveness, as well as her recognition of the vital role young people play in strengthening the party and advancing the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.

The APC youth leader, in a statement on Sunday, said the vehicle donation would significantly enhance the operational capacity and mobility of the party’s youth wing, particularly in grassroots mobilisation, outreach programmes and political engagements across the country, including efforts towards President Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.

He commended Senator Oluremi Tinubu for her leadership, humility and continued support for Nigerian youths, noting that the gesture would inspire greater commitment among young party members towards the success of the administration.

According to him, the First Lady’s intervention reflects her understanding of the importance of equipping young leaders with the necessary tools to contribute effectively to nation-building.

“On behalf of the South-West APC Youth Wing of our great party, I sincerely appreciate Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, for this remarkable gesture and her unwavering support for Nigerian youths.

“The presentation of the Toyota VIP Hiace bus to the South-West zonal youth leadership and other zones across the country is a clear indication of her commitment to empowering young people and strengthening our capacity to serve the party and the nation better,” Daramola said.

He added that the gesture would further deepen the bond between the party’s youth wing and the leadership of the administration, assuring the First Lady that the vehicle would be judiciously deployed for productive engagements and activities that would promote the ideals of the APC and the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Daramola also pledged the continued loyalty and support of South-West APC youths to President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, stressing that the youth constituency remained committed to mobilising support for policies and programmes aimed at improving the lives of Nigerians.

He urged young Nigerians to take advantage of opportunities provided by the administration, describing youth inclusion as a critical pillar of sustainable development.
