A leadership coach, Chinedu Nsofor, has highlighted the professional journey of Nasiru Abubakar Abdullahi, describing it as a steady career shaped by discipline, accountability and long-term institutional experience.

Nsofor said Abdullahi’s academic background at Bayero University Kano provided a foundation that combined intellectual training with an understanding of economic and organisational systems, which later influenced his professional path.

He noted that Abdullahi’s early work in the financial sector, including roles at Continental Merchant Bank Plc and Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc, exposed him to responsibilities requiring accuracy, judgement and adherence to strict operational standards.

According to him, Abdullahi later moved into consulting and advisory work through Ardent Consulting Ltd, where he engaged in organisational development, strategic planning and enterprise support across different sectors.

Nsofor also referenced his involvement in areas such as agriculture, manufacturing and enterprise development, saying these roles reflected exposure to broader economic and operational systems.

He added that Abdullahi’s professional recognition through fellowships and certifications reflected long-term experience and compliance with professional standards.

The leadership coach further noted his participation in governance and corporate roles, including board-level engagement with organisations such as Premium Times Services Nig. Ltd, where he contributed to strategic and organisational decisions.

Nsofor said Abdullahi’s career illustrates the importance of consistency, ethical conduct and long-term professional discipline in building trust and sustaining relevance across sectors.
