Customers lift their legs while dining as flood water takes over restaurant in Lagos (video)

Some restaurants in Lagos were not left out in feeling the impact of the heavy downpour that left many places flooded in the state on Sunday, June 28..

A video making the rounds on social media this morning, June 29, shows customers in an unnamed restaurant lifting their feet as they dined in the restaurant taken over by floodwater.

The video showed some customers removing their expensive slippers and hanging them on the chair arm to prevent contamination from the floodwater. A staff member of the restaurant was also captured giving them dustbin bags to tie around their feet.
