Fox News halted for major Donald Trump announcement

Fox News ground to an abrupt halt for some major breaking news about Donald Trump and the ongoing Iran conflict. As the breaking news banner flashed across the screen, the US President was sitting at his desk in the White House in Washington, DC, preparing to address the media.

The world leader then said he is going to continue bombing Iran “very hard” after it shot down a US helicopter over the Strait of Hormuz in recent days. Trump told reporters: “We’re going to be attacking them and attacking them very hard.” He added: “I’ve been working with Iran for a number of months, and they should sign their deal. It’s a good deal.

“It doesn’t give them the right to have a nuclear weapon. In fact, it totally prohibits them from ever having a nuclear weapon.”

Trump later claimed his country “has the strongest military in the world” as he addressed the Iran conflict, which has been waging on since February.

However, he added: “We want a deal that is meaningful, we want a deal that works.”

His comments come after two crew members of the helicopter that crashed near the Strait of Hormuz on Monday were rescued by an American sea drone.

US Central Command confirmed the “soldiers were safely rescued within approximately two hours and are in stable condition” after their Apache helicopter went down “near the coast of Oman while patrolling regional waters”.

Trump also took to Truth Social today to lambast Iran, writing: “Iran’s Military is a complete and total mess. Much of it, like their Navy and Air Force, doesn’t even exist anymore – They have been completely defeated. Iran is all talk and no action.

“The Bully of the Middle East is DEAD!!! They’ve taken too long to negotiate a deal that would have been great for them, now they will have to pay the price.”
