Actress and producer Nkechi Blessing has shared a message on personal growth and self-worth, encouraging her fans to embrace change and let go of situations that no longer contribute to their development.
In a social media post, the actress said growth sometimes involves walking away from people, places, habits, and circumstances that no longer align with who one is becoming, stressing that such decisions should stem not from anger, bitterness, or pride, but from self-respect and a genuine desire for personal progress.
She added that some chapters in life must come to an end to make room for new beginnings.
Nkechi Blessing also emphasised the importance of protecting one’s peace, noting that doing so should not be seen as selfish, and described letting go as one of the bravest expressions of self-love.
She advised that if a relationship, habit, or situation no longer serves a person’s purpose, happiness, or growth, there is nothing wrong with leaving it behind, adding that the right people and opportunities will never require anyone to lose themselves in order to keep them.
