Transfer: Trabzonspor demand hefty fee for Nwaiwu

Trabzonspor have placed a €35 million price tag on Nigerian defender Chibuike Nwaiwu, DAILY POST reports.
Nwaiwu caught the eye with his impressive performances for the Turkish Super Lig side following his arrival from Austrian outfit, Wolfsberger AC in January.
The 22-year-old aside from performing his defensive duty with dexterity also contributed three goals, and one assist in 16 league appearances.
The centre-back also featured in the Turkish Cup final triumph against Konyaspor.
Premier League club, Fulham reportedly have strong interest in Nwaiwu but Trabzonspor want an hefty fee to sell the player, according to Turkish website, Taka Gazete.
The Blue and Clarets have already identified young Gambian defender Abubacarr Sedi Kinteh, who currently plays for Tromsø IL, as a potential replacement should Nwaiwu leave the club.
