A woman has shared how she recently reconnected with a former crush, only to discover they both liked each other years ago but were allegedly misled by a mutual friend.

 

Posting on X, she explained that she had a huge crush on her friend’s cousin back then, but her friend told her he wasn’t interested because she wasn’t his type.

She said she buried her feelings and moved on.

 

Years later, the pair reconnected on Instagram, and during their conversations, the man allegedly confessed that he had also liked her at the time but was told she was in a serious relationship and that he wasn’t her type.

 

The woman revealed that she and the friend have since drifted apart and joked that she plans to post photos with the man so her former friend will see them.
