Bravo alum shares results of ‘rib recontouring’ procedure to get ‘snatched waist’: ‘Best thing I’ve done’

“Below Deck Sailing Yacht” alum Alli Dore revealed the shocking results of her recent plastic surgery — a waist cinching procedure that she flew to Bali for.

Dore, 38, posted before-and-after pics of her torso on InstagramTuesday, noting she was almost halfway through her recovery period. She shared pics of both her front and back, wearing a bikini.

Her waist is noticeably smaller and dramatically cinched in on the sides post-surgery.

The Australian Bravo star couldn’t be happier with the results.

“Just under halfway at 5.5 weeks out of 12 and already convinced this is the best thing I’ve done,” she wrote. “Thank you to the @_snatchedwaist team for making this such a positive experience!”

Some of her followers criticized her for getting the procedure, one comment reading, “I’m so sorry u felt u needed to do this to yourself, I admired u from the first time I saw u on BD but this looks painful and so unnecessary for such a beautiful woman. Not hating on u just concerned xo.”

Another follower wrote, “I appreciate this is everyone’s choice but like any surgical procedure risk should be acknowledged. Especially when advertising to young women.”

Dore, who is in a paid partnership with Snatched Waist, revealed she was undergoing the procedure last month alongside a group of fellow ex-reality stars.

“I partnered with @_snatchedwaist and flew to Sanur, Bali to have the waist cinching procedure done, which is a minimally invasive ultrasound guided softening of the waist area followed by 12 weeks in a corset to cinch your waist in,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

She added, “After having a baby I had rib flare and I’ve always wanted to an hourglass waist so I was excited for this procedure.”

In the accompanying video, she insisted it was “not a PR stunt,” and described her experience. She shared that the procedure took 45 minutes, and she stayed at a five-star hotel to recover.

Earlier this month, she posted video of herself wearing black lingerie and a black corset just two weeks into her recovery, already looking pleased with the results.

Snatched Waist describes their procedureas “rib recontouring” achieved through liposuction of the waist, fracturing and reshaping the lower ribs through ultrasound, then wearing a corset through recovery to hold the ribs in their new position.

The total cost is $14,870.

Dore was a 3rd stewardess on “Below Deck Sailing Yacht” Season 2, which was set in Croatia and aired in 2021. She only starred in one season on the reality show.

She gave birth to her son, River George Thompson, whom she shares with boyfriend Benny Thompson, in August 2021.
