Davido shares interesting story of how he met and used the female video vixen for his popular hit, Aye

Singer, Davido has shared an interesting story of how he met and used the female video vixen for his hit song, Aye, which he released 12 years ago.

 

Speaking on CapitalXtra, the singer said

“The girl who was meant to be the lead was in a pageant. We were about to shoot when her manager called to say the pageant organizers had reminded them she was under contract, so we couldn’t use her. We ended up using her makeup artist and when the music video blew up, the two of them fell out”

He later left a comment saying the friends never fell out.
