Keke pass distributor stabbed to de@th over ticket dispute, 2 arrested in connection to the k!lling


A commercial tricycle union pass distributor has been stabbed to d£ath at Angwan Kassa junction, a suburb of Jalingo, Taraba State.
Operatives of the Taraba State Police Command have arrested two suspects in connection to the k!lling.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 29 when the deceased intercepted a commercial tricycle (Keke NAPEP) operator for operating without a mandatory daily union ticket.
The victim insisted that the operator must pay for the pass and this led to a heated argument, during which the pass distributor was stabbed.
He later succumbed to his injuries.

Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the state command, ASP Victor Mshelizah, said two suspects were immediately apprehended in connection with the crime.
“Two suspects have been taken into custody and are undergoing interrogation. They will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded,” Mshelizah stated.
