Missing 12-Year-Old Benue Boy Found Safe In Gombe

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) is now providing protection for a 12-year-old child from Benue State who was reported missing.
The boy was discovered safe in Gombe State.
The boy, whose name is Reuben Mtagher, is a native of Benue State’s Ukum Local Government Area.
According to reports, he was located in Gombe State’s Amada, Akko Local Government Area.
Reuben was discovered alive and in good health, according to information provided by the NSCDC; nevertheless, sources suggest that he only speaks Tiv.
The agency also disclosed that the boy has three brothers, identified as Suur, Mnguember and Mmen, in an effort to help trace his family.
Reuben is currently in the safe custody of the NSCDC Gombe State Command Headquarters pending his reunion with his family.
The agency has appealed to his parents, guardians, relatives, or anyone with useful information about his family to visit the Gombe State Command Headquarters for identification and collection of the child.
