Ricki Lake celebrated the two-year anniversary of her facelift by showing off the results.
The former talk show host, 57, shared unfiltered before-and-after surgery pics on Instagram Saturday. Lake noted that she got a facelift to get rid of the extra skin that hung below her chin after she lost 40 pounds in 2023, shouting out her Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon, Dr. Alllen Foulad.
“I had a deep plane lower face and neck lift along with a mild co2 laser.” she shared. “My incredibly talented and kind surgeon, Dr. Allen Foulad made the experience a wonderful one and my results have been remarkable, natural, and long-lasting.”

She explained of the loose skin under her chin, “It was never going to tighten up by itself.”
Lake said she’s “grateful” she got the facelift.
“I am also very glad to see so many people over these past couple of years opening up about their own plastic surgery journeys,” she added.
Rosie O’Donnell — who also came clean about her pricey secret facelift in May — commented on her post, writing, “Thank u ricki

I did mine cause of u n our galpals.”‘

Back in June 2025, Lake bragged about her faceliftduring her appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.”
“I kind of think it’s the best facelift I’ve ever seen,” she told host Andy Cohen, noting she’d sent a lot of referrals to Dr. Foulad.
“It’s amazing,” she continued. “I’m fully transparent, always have been. This is something that was bothering me. I lost a lot of weight and I had this thing hanging and I had it fixed.”

More and more celebrities are proudly revealing they’ve gone under the knife to get a facelift, especially after Kris Jenner’s much talked-about $100K faceliftshe got in 2025. Denise Richards, Janice Dickinson and Kathy Griffin have also openly talked about getting facelifts, in Griffin’s case, three times.
Last month, O’Donnell, 64, explained why she decided to reveal her procedurein a Substack post.
“Authenticity is the goal in these days and times, and people are lying about everything all day to the American public,” she told E! News at the 2026 Tony Awards. “It’s very depressing to me and unsettling, and I think all that matters is truth and love, and so I wanted to be truthful and say all the complicated emotions I had about it.”
