Trump, US congress receives Tinubu drug crimes files as group demands justice for American victims

Von Batten Montague York L.C. has announced that it has begun submitting more than 60 pages of United States Department of Justice documents to members of the administration of President Donald Trump, members of Congress, and senior congressional staff concerning longstanding DOJ allegations involving Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and heroin trafficking investigation dating back to the late 1980s and early 1990s.
In a statement posted on its X account on 21, JULY 2025, the organization said the documents include court filings, a supporting affidavit, and related federal court decisions connected to the DOJ’s historical allegations. It stated that only a chronology summarizing those allegations has been made public for now, while the complete collection of documents will be presented to President Trump.
According to the group many officials within the United States government were previously unaware of the DOJ historical allegations concerning President Tinubu. Its objective is to ensure that the matter receives renewed attention at the highest levels of the US government.
The firm is now bringing these serious allegations into the open and fighting to deliver justice for American citizens whose lives were devastated by the heroin that allegedly flowed from networks linked to Nigeria President Tinubu. Drug trafficking continues to devastate American communities destroying thousands of lives and shattering families nationwide.
The campaign is aimed at seeking justice for American citizens whose lives it believes may have been destroyed by Tinubu heroin linked to the trafficking network described in the DOJ records.
Von Batten Montague York L.C. had also drawn a comparison with Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro stating that victims connected to allegations against Maduro have seen legal action taken in the United States including his arrest and detention.
The group is determined to ensure American victims of Tinubu crime receive the same accountability as they shine a bright light on decades old claims and raise fresh questions about international leadership and the enduring impact of narcotics on American soil.
The organization remains committed to ensuring that the complete DOJ records and related court documents are brought before President Trump and other senior US officials for full consideration.
