âNot every relationship needs to be revisited. Learn your lesson and move onâ â Actress Ireti Doyle advises

Actress Ireti Doyle has advised people against constantly revisiting failed relationships and situations in search of closure.
In a video shared online, the actress questioned the need to keep analysing past relationships, conversations and events instead of reflecting on one’s own mistakes and moving forward.
“What if you just keep it moving? What if you don’t see closure? What if you don’t sit down to analyse what was done, what was said, who did what, when and where?” she asked.
Ireti advised people to self-reflect, acknowledge their mistakes and learn from their experiences rather than repeatedly revisiting the past.
“What if you just kept it moving? Not every situation deserves a post-mortem,” she said.
She added that not every relationship needs to be revisited or endlessly questioned, noting that some things are better left in the past.
