ABSU lecturer speaks after he was suspended for claiming some keke riders earn better than ABSU professors

Professor Nnamdi Nwaeze, the Abia State University Professor suspended for his Facebook post, has spoken out for the first time following his suspension. 
Professor Nweze had made a post lamenting about the poor renumeration lecturers receive.  He added that keke riders earn better than ABSU professors (read here). 
The post was made on Facebook on Wednesday,  August 12, by Thursday,  August 13, ABSU announced his suspension and an investigative panel was set up to examine the matter. 
Reacting on Facebook to his suspension, Professor Nwaeze wrote: “In life, somebody must pay the price for the liberation of others. 
“Don’t sympathize with me; instead, direct your sympathy to the paymasters. 
“Oku gbawa!”
