Governor Adeleke gets emotional while receiving a congratulatory call from Davido moments after INEC declared him winner of Osun gov. election

A video showing the moment Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, broke down in tears while receiving a congratulatory call from his nephew, singer Davido, has surfaced on social media.

 

Shortly after INEC declared Governor Adeleke the winner of the August 15 governorship election, Davido put a call through to congratulate him. 

 

The governor then broke down in tears as he spoke with Davido, asking the singer who is out of the country, to come home as soon as possible so he could give the singer a hug. Davido responded, saying he would bd back by today, Monday, August 17.
