Mandate Nigerian newscasters and on-air personalities to wear made-in-Nigeria clothes and speak in Nigerian accents- Reno Omokri tells NBC
Ambassador Reno Omokri has called on the National Broadcasting Commission NBC to make it mandatory for Nigerian newscasters and on-air personalities to wear made-in-Nigeria attire and speak with Nigerian accents while on air.
According to him, the rate at which Nigerian on-air personalities wear foreign attire and speak in real and contrived foreign accents is alarming,
He said it is time the NBC moves in to “correct” this development.
