A Ghanaian self-proclaimed prophet, leader of Roja City International Church, Prophet Roja, has caused a stir after making a series of controversial statements concerning media personality and political figure Okatakyie Afrifa.
Speaking during an interview on Ahenfie FM/TV, the prophet claimed he had a vision involving the figure appearing in a coffin three months before the 2028 general elections.
He further suggested that the individual should be cautious about his health and lifestyle, warning that failure to “take his time” could lead to serious consequences.
According to him, the individual is expected to contest in the 2028 elections and face “giant and well-grounded politicians,” adding that his political journey could become turbulent as it progresses.
The prophet also made additional claims about health and personal conduct, urging caution regarding eating habits and general wellbeing, while stating that his message was delivered as a divine instruction rather than a personal opinion.
The remarks further included warnings about possible future political ambitions beyond the initial contest, suggesting that such moves could lead to “trouble,” though no evidence was provided to support these assertions.
As with many prophetic declarations in Ghana’s political space, the comments have triggered mixed reactions online.
Some listeners view them as spiritual warnings, while others have dismissed them as speculative and potentially fear-inducing narratives targeting public figures.
