Alec and Hilaria Baldwin first listed their Hamptons home for $29 million, cut it to $18.99 million, and have now pulled it from the market again after years of trying to sell

Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria Baldwin, have once again taken their Hamptons home off the market after several attempts to sell it over the past few years.According to Realtor.com, the listing for the Amagansett, New York, property was removed on July 8, just weeks after the asking price was reduced by another $1 million to $18.99 million. The couple had most recently put the home back on the market in December 2025 with a price tag of $21 million.The Baldwins first listed the property in late 2022 for $29 million. Over the next few years, they repeatedly lowered the asking price, took the home off the market, and then listed it again, but it did not find a buyer.Last year, Alec Baldwin spoke about why the family had found it difficult to part with the home. In an interview with The New York Times in August 2025, he said their seven children were deeply attached to the property.

“We keep coming back here because the kids are very happy. They love it here. When I go up to the kids and go, ‘Want to sell the house?’, they go crazy,” Alec said. “It’s a kid’s home that I never want to leave.”Despite those comments, the couple put the property back on the market a few months later. In March this year, Hilaria Baldwin promoted the home on Instagram and said the family was preparing for a “new adventure.”“Our family is going to go off on a new adventure which means we are selling our Hamptons home,” she wrote. “It’s bittersweet because we have made so many amazing memories there, and we are excited for our next chapter! While we are sad to leave it, we know the next owners will love it just as much as we do… it really is a piece of paradise.”In a video shared with the post, Hilaria spoke about the family’s favourite memories at the property.

“We spend summers in our pool. We go down to the beach which is really close to where we are, the kids go to camp there. We cook, we spend time together. It is such an amazing place,” she said.The latest decision to remove the listing also comes shortly after Hilaria revealed that the family plans to spend part of its summers in Spain. She said they would divide their time between Mallorca and their Hamptons home, although it is not clear whether those plans influenced the decision to pause the sale.The property has also been featured on the couple’s TLC reality series The Baldwins. The home includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a library, a movie theatre, a wine-tasting room, a swimming pool and a vegetable garden. It also comes with land that offers scope for future expansion.
