Court Orders Final Forfeiture of Aisha Achimugu’s Assets

A Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court sitting in Apo, Abuja, has ordered the final forfeiture of properties linked to businesswoman Aisha Achimugu to the federal government.
The forfeited assets include jewellery valued at N4,645,170,294.9, eleven exotic vehicles worth N4,293,000,000, $50,000 in cash, and N30,000,000 in naira.
Delivering judgment on Thursday, July 16, 2026, Justice Jude Onwugbuzie granted the order following an application for final forfeiture filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
