Prophet Telvin Sowah Adjei, leader of the Prophetic Life Embassy, is standing firmly behind his prediction that former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta will return to Ghana on the 16th of an unspecified month, expressing full confidence that his prophecy will come to pass.
“Ken Ofori-Atta will return to Ghana on the 16th of a certain month. It will happen,” the prophet declared. It builds on an earlier, now-viral prophecy in which he claimed, “I have seen him being handled in court… 16th, 16th, 16th, the number I’m looking at is the 16th of a month; he will be before us in Ghana.”
He had also predicted a delay caused by an “airport restriction” that would add two days to Ofori-Atta’s journey back to the country.
The prophecy has resurfaced repeatedly amid developments in Ofori-Atta’s legal troubles.
The former finance minister remains wanted by Ghana’s Office of the Special Prosecutor over multiple criminal investigations, including contractual arrangements between Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited and the Ghana Revenue Authority, and has been placed on an Interpol Red Notice (GhanaWeb) to aid his arrest and repatriation.
The govt of Ghana has not yet to confirmed any official date for Ofori-Atta’s return, but Prophet Adjei Sowah’s repeated insistence on the “16th” continues to fuel speculation online.
