"Go back to your province" South African man tells countrymen from a different province that they are foreigners in his province weeks after chasing African immigrants from country

A video making the rounds online purportedly shows a man from Limpopo shouting at Zulu telecom workers to go and work in their province, adding that they are foreigners in Limpopo.
Weeks earlier, their outrage had been directed at black immigrants from other African countries.
However, with the black immigrants gone, it appears some of the South Africans have now turned on their fellow countrymen.
