The case began on June 22 when JiDion, whose real name is Jidon Armani Adams, livestreamed a visit to a McDonald’s in Woodhaven, Michigan. He and a group of supporters were confronting a man they described as an alleged squatter. Police arrived and ordered everyone to leave the property. When the situation continued, JiDion was arrested. A day later, he appeared in court and was charged with two misdemeanors: disturbing the peace and stalking. Three minors who were also arrested during the incident faced disturbing the peace charges. JiDion was released on a $10,000 bond while waiting for his next court date on July 13. Following that hearing, JiDion shared the outcome on social media. He said, “All charges dismissed with prejudice. Fully acquitted. Everyone who got arrested with me got their records expunged too.” According to his update, the court’s decision means the same charges cannot be filed against him again.
