Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala has shared an update on social media about his health following some concerning moments during recent matches.

The German international had to leave a friendly game against Heidenheim, though Bayern won the match 4-2.

Musiala explained that he has been diagnosed with a neurological condition that causes brief episodes of temporary loss of awareness.

He reassured supporters that he is not worried about his condition. He said he is getting excellent medical care and that there are no serious health risks involved.

The decision to continue playing was his own, and he feels optimistic about moving forward.
